⏱ Processing Time
Most items on our shop are ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare the package before shipping. Larger or custom orders may take additional time.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer domestic shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

🌎 International Shipping
If available to your country, international shipping options will be shown at checkout! Look out as we expand our shipping and hopefully can bring our products to your country!
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
❗Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to assist.
📫 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if applicable.
